Post-production contracts concluded between SPOT STUDIO (“The Studio” or “SPOT LAB'”) and the client have an initial duration of two (2) years from the date of signature. They may be renewed for successive periods of two (2) years unless terminated in writing by either party. In the event of termination, the Studio will cease providing post-production services from the contract’s expiration date and must return any disks and/or delete all images/work belonging to the client. The client must settle any outstanding amounts up to the termination date. The Studio reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client significantly fails to meet its obligations. Contracts are governed by applicable law, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Montpellier, France. By signing any quote issued by SPOT STUDIO related to post-production, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

Intellectual Property: SPOT STUDIO retains intellectual property rights over all material produced as part of its services, unless otherwise specified in the quote and/or contract. The client must obtain written authorization from SPOT STUDIO to use the material for purposes other than those specified in the contract.

Confidentiality: SPOT STUDIO is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by the client. However, SPOT STUDIO may need to disclose information to third parties, such as technicians, partners, and collaborators necessary for the project.

Financial Responsibilities: The client agrees to comply with the payment terms specified in the contract. Any payment delay may result in additional fees and suspension of services.

Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation by the client after production has begun, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the contract terms.

Disputes: Any dispute arising from collaboration with SPOT STUDIO will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier (France), in accordance with applicable laws.

.6 Line Production

SPOT STUDIO operates as a line producer, facilitating audiovisual creation by providing resources, facilities, and professional services for the realization of film, television, advertising, and other audiovisual projects. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with all general terms defined by SPOT STUDIO (and OR LIGNE STUDIO if filming takes place directly in the studios) to ensure the smooth execution of your project. Our experienced teams will support you throughout the process, from pre-production to post-production, to help bring your creative vision to life.

Contractual Commitment: Any collaboration with SPOT STUDIO is governed by a written contract and/or quote that outlines the project details, costs, timelines, and responsibilities of each party. The contract is legally binding and must be signed by all parties before the start of the project.

Intellectual Property: SPOT STUDIO retains intellectual property rights over all material produced during its services, unless otherwise stated in the contract. The client must obtain written permission from SPOT STUDIO to use the material for any purpose other than those specified in the agreement.

Confidentiality: SPOT STUDIO is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by the client. However, SPOT STUDIO may disclose information to third parties, such as technicians and collaborators essential to the execution of the project.
